Create and email unlimited scheduled reports from Formidable Forms entries.

== Description ==

Scheduled Reports for Formidable Forms creates reusable reports from selected Formidable Forms fields and sends them manually or on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule.

The free plugin includes unlimited reports, configurable email content, CSV attachments, flat or hierarchical CSV layouts, report duplication, import/export, Run Now, an activity log and report defaults.

A separate Pro version is available from Spa Web Design. Pro adds advanced recipients (CC, BCC and Reply-To), additional email templates, Excel/PDF/HTML/JSON/XML attachments and priority support. The premium implementation is not included in this WordPress.org package.

Formidable Forms Lite or Pro must be installed and active. Features that depend on premium Formidable field types naturally require the appropriate Formidable Forms licence.

The plugin uses Freemius for optional opt-in usage data, account management and upgrade links. No data is sent to Freemius unless you explicitly opt in.

== Installation ==

1. Install and activate Formidable Forms.
2. Install and activate Scheduled Reports for Formidable Forms.
3. Open Scheduled Reports > Add New Report.
4. Select a form, fields, recipients and schedule, then save the report.
5. Send a test email before enabling scheduled delivery.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= How many reports can I create in the free version? =

Unlimited. You can create separate reports for different forms, recipients and schedules.

= What attachment formats are included? =

The free plugin includes CSV attachments with flat and hierarchical layouts. The separate Pro version adds Excel, PDF, HTML, JSON and XML attachments.

= What is the difference between Free and Pro? =

Free includes unlimited reports, scheduling, CSV attachments, report duplication, import/export, Run Now and the activity log. Pro adds advanced recipients, additional email templates, more attachment formats and priority support.

= Will scheduled reports run if nobody visits my website? =

WordPress normally uses WP-Cron to process scheduled tasks. Because WP-Cron is triggered by website visits, reports may be delayed on sites with very low or no traffic. For dependable, timely delivery, your hosting provider can configure a server cron to run WordPress scheduled tasks regularly.

= Does the plugin send usage data automatically? =

No. Freemius only receives usage/environment information if you explicitly choose Allow & Continue on the opt-in screen. You can skip that screen and continue using the plugin.
