- WP-Cron or a server cron available for scheduled reports
- Using an SMTP service is recommended to improve the reliability of report email delivery.

Yes. Select any form created with Formidable Forms and choose the fields you want included in the report and export.
How many reports can I create in the Free version?
Unlimited. You can create separate reports for different forms, recipients, schedules and purposes.

Free includes unlimited reports, HTML email reports, CSV attachments, manual and scheduled reporting, Duplicate, Import/Export report configuration, Run Now, Activity Log and Report Defaults.
What does Pro add?
Pro adds Excel, PDF, HTML, JSON and XML data attachments, CC/BCC/Reply-To recipients, premium email templates and priority email support.
Do I need an account to use the Free version?
No. The plugin can be used without creating an account. During first activation you may be offered an optional Freemius opt-in for update and usage notifications, which you can skip.
Can I upgrade without losing my reports?
Yes. Your existing reports and settings remain in place when you upgrade from Free to Pro
What happens if my Pro licence expires?
Your Pro features remain available, but access to future Pro updates and priority support requires an active licence.
Is my form data sent to an external reporting service?
No. Reports are generated within your WordPress website and delivered using its configured email system. Freemius is used for licensing, updates and optional product communications, not for processing your Formidable Forms report data.
